Madonna teases new album and mysterious alter ego called ‘Madame X’


Madonna is back.
The “Queen of Pop” announced in a dramatic Instagram video Sunday that her highly anticipated 14th studio album has a name: “I decided to call my record ‘Madame X.’ ”
In the video, Madonna dons many costumes and identities while assuming her mysterious alter ego, Madame X, whom she describes as “a secret agent. Traveling around the world. Changing identities. Fighting for freedom. Bringing light to dark places.”

Madonna defends ‘disturbing’ gun massacre video

Today Entertainment News : Madonna has defended a graphic music video depicting a nightclub massacre, saying people need to understand “this is what happens when people shoot”. The pop superstar’s song God Control calls for people to “wake up” about the reality of gun violence in the US. The scenes in the music video recall the 2016 Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida, where 49 people were killed. Pulse survivor Patience Carter said she was “truly disturbed” by the video.
